One of the Philippines' most respected singer-songwriters around today, NOEL CABANGON is back with a brand new song titled "Panaginip", which also the title of his latest album under Universal Records. Why “Panaginip” as the album title? “Dahil lahat ng kanta ay nagmumula sa imahinasyon. Ang mga awit ay tula, ang mga tula ay awit. Ang mga awit ay likha ng malayang panaginip. Ang panaginip ay likha ng malayang isip,” says Cabangon.
