Former band vocalist and now solo artist NEY DIMACULANGAN releases his second single, “Shut Up” off his self-titled solo album from Star Records called “Ney.” According to Ney who wrote, arranged, and produced the album’s second single, “Shut Up” is about a girl who just got out of a relationship.
